About the Dog Ear.
One regiment had a PPRU-1 SOC command post.
It could serve with target coordinates 3 batteries.
1x battery = 4x Strela-1/10 (SA-9/10) (regiment level AD asset)
1x battery = 4x Shilka (regiment level AD asset)
1x battery = 4x 9K33 OSA (SA-8). (division level AD asset)
A logic of the organization, that from the three battalion of a regiment (in RL) two have AD and the reserve battalion does not have. The AD units are dispersed among the battalions. No matter that the division has in the organization the OSA regiment the OSA units are dispersed among the different battalions as it is needed.
Same case with the tank battalion.
This is Hungarian but maybe the diagrams helps to understand the structure and org. of the Soviet Army.
Maybe the auto translation can do the job, here is in text form.

The PPRU-1 SOC is not in the org. chart, just imagine that every regimen has one.
One mot. rifle regiment, peactime with combat and support units.
