1. When Windows is seemingly not working correctly, you will want to scan the file system - like verifying the integrity of a Steam game install, but for the entire operating system. It usually takes around 10-20 minutes to run, or longer depending on the speed of the disk. I do this monthly myself, after my ‘deeper’ monthly backup:
“If some Windows functions aren’t working or Windows crashes, use the System File Checker to scan Windows and restore your files.
Though the steps below might look complicated at first glance, just follow them in order, step-by-step…”

Perform any backups and/or create a restore point as you desire, apply any/all latest Windows updates, then run the SFC with DISM steps.
2. To verify the safety and security of your Windows installation, use the Microsoft Safety Scanner. I also perform this monthly, or anytime I am concerned (along with other 3rd party security scanning tools):

Run the MS Safety Scanner, and any 3rd party scanning tools, to ensure your system has no security issues.
It may simply be a false-positive, as stated in the replies above, but these steps are safe and smart to take on a regular basis, regardless. Best wishes and good luck!!
