Cant get to first base:-(

Hello everyone.
I’ve recently discovered BMS and decided to give it a go on my shiny new HP desktop computer.
The install works fine, but after launch the start up screen moves to the left of my monitor followed by a windows banner saying that the program is not responding.
I’m hoping there’s something obvious that I’m not doing…
Any Ideas greatly appreciated. -
Welcome to BMS, Lanki.
Which OS are you running? What are your system specs (GPU, CPU, RAM, etc)? What kind of periphals are you using with BMS? Have you turned off the intro movies?
All the best, Uwe

The intro video is some weird old codec that some people don’t have. Try setting “set g_bPlayIntroMovie 0” in the Launcher, Configuration tool: General>Play Intro Movie on Start Up.
If it’s not the video codec then it’s probably something to do with the resolution change. In that case windowed should fix that (I run windowed out of preference anyway).
