Stevie,
It’s admittedly a low tech approach, but I just take a picture(with the Iphone or Ipad) of the datacard as displayed on my pc monitor. Instant kneeboard. Of course, you can print the datacard direct from WDPThat’s another way - what I’ve found is that if you screenshot and trim the pictures are the exact size needed to fill an iPad screen and also are as clear as they are displayed on the computer screen. I also can organize them into folders by category and then when I synch that folder to my iPad they become individual Albums - forex: I have Albums labeled Checklists, Navigation, etc. that I can easily access and flip through page by page with a flick of the finger.
Just the ticket, if you are building a pit (like I am) or have an iPad and just want to be able to use an electronic kneeboard…in the never ending quest for “realisimo”.

Making screenshot while the tools saves you all the datacards in better resolutions???

Yes - because I can screenshot/save them as any resolution I wish and get something sharper and/or scaled properly for loading to my iPad at native aspect. I like having more control over the image. And I can always still print them if I wish.
But the real benefit is being able to store kneecard images in/as individual labeled Albums on my iPad - that way I can just tap/flick through any number of organized knee cards, approach plates, checklists, maps, etc. at will…quickly. All you have to do is organize the images in labeled folders within a master folder, and then synch your iPad to the contents of that master folder. The sub-folders will become individual Albums within a master Album on the iPad. Takes a bit longer to plan and sort, but a very slick way to build a genuine working electronic kneeboard. And once you do the admin stuff like checklists, etc. you’re done as far as that goes. The only thing missing is a way to write on things like mission cards with a stylus…but I may try looking for a way to be able to do that…sometime.
Now, if somebody could just build us an app to link into BMS and give us a moving map over USB…

This is exactly what WDP is doing for you when you save the datacards.
For a Ipad, select A5 size saving (settings) and you are done.
Link your Ipad in the same network as you pc and you have plenty of apps to see them on your Ipad.
I use FileBrowse for this.Gr Falcas

Just a screenshot of a new feature in WDP…

:mrgreen:Yes, it is nice… but is going to take a lot more than 3-4 weeks.
It is new build from the ground up. And if you have any idea how much time it cost to create a theater…
And this area is the most objective dense one you can think of, so it takes even more time.
Its already included in WDP for some time nowGr Falcas

I do like the look and content of WDP, Falcas…real professional!

Heck, you guys are too High Tech for me. I thought I was being fancy making “BMS Missions” and “BMS Reference” photo albums in the IPad!

Download Dropbox and you can save anything you want, I fly with the BMS electronic flight bag and you have all the data for Korea. After you download dropbox and you save the finished sortie in BMS then open WDP and complete your additions and review, save the Data cards then open the card directory, left click the card you want then right click the same card and get a drop down menu and select send to dropbox for each plate you want. Open your dropbox and you have the plates you have chosen, works on my pads, I have a Kindle and a BLU pad both work fine. You can find the BMS app in the google play store. If you don’t have it, it has a interactive map, I believe Red Dog created it, touch the base you want and get all necessary data about the base.

Thank for the tip, WL. I’m looking but have only found the Android EFB

Hey drtbkj, If you look up the Kindle Pad by Amazon it is not a complete Android so it does not adapt well to Google play store apps so for the Kindle I had to download it thru the internet and save it (the site address ) to the pad. You can go to combat sim checklist.net under Falcon 4 to pick up the map/ or just select Korea ONC in the first menu you get too after site load up. The new map has a different format then when I loaded it but works the same. Click the A/P name and it gets all info for that A/P. Loads of other stuff on that site too.
