Same issue on my end!
-
Try unticking the option in Configuration to play the video when you start BMS.
-
Forgot about that option.
Just tried it, issue still occurs. -
Same exact issue. 32bit and 64bit
Have uploaded diag files for all the crashes where I attempted different things here: http://www.filedropper.com/logs_5
Happy to provide further information if required.
-
Have you imported anything from 4.32? Or is it stock 4.33?
-
Try to delete your dx9display.dsp file (User\Config folder) and try again

Stock 4.33
Try to delete your dx9display.dsp file (User\Config folder) and try again
BB
I’ll give it a try
-
Stock 4.33 on brand new Windows 10 Pro installation running nvidia 358.50 driver. Still no joy for me with after unticking ‘Play intro movie’ and removing the dx9display.dsp file

Window10 is not “officially” supported by BMS 4.33 right now, maybe it is related with your window 10 current configuration …

Deleting the dx9display.dsp file didn’t solve the issue.
I am running it on a Win 7 x64 with nvidia driver 355.
-
Attempted after removing dx9display.dsp file
Same error and same locations on the crash log file.
Stock 4.33
Windows 7
nVidia 670 GTX -
Yup, removing dx9display.dsp does not help at all.
-
Take a look here : https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?23354-BMS-4-33-x64-Crash-on-launch/page2#top (post #16)
Related with the bluetooth service

Doesn’t Sound like the same Problem
I have read on other Problems with kernelbase, and found user Profile corruptions.
You may try to create a new Windows User and try to Launch with that?Edit: also can you send a crc checksum of your kernelbase.dll? Its located in C:\Windows\System32\KernelBase.dll
Did you do a malware/Adware/Virus check?
also read something about giving sfc -scannnow a tryDid you have Problems with your harddisk in the last weeks?
Reading more about your log, reading invalid Parameter handler in the Rendering functions might mean something like non properly initialized values.
Can you select different Video Adapters? If so, try to Change them (from gpu to cpu or vice versa just for testing purpose)also later in your log reading about Object at RCX(00000000255BF080)
Data inaccessiblemight mean some rights missing.
Did you try run in Administrator mode?
-
also had a person who had problems with his setup. Muliple freezes, ctd’s etc.
a elevated powershell prompt en then next scan healtcheck
http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/7808-dism-repair-windows-10-image.htmlproblems where gone

Doesn’t Sound like the same Problem
I have read on other Problems with kernelbase, and found user Profile corruptions.
You may try to create a new Windows User and try to Launch with that? This is going to be an arse to do so will do tomorrow as about to go to sleep
Edit: also can you send a crc checksum of your kernelbase.dll? Its located in C:\Windows\System32\KernelBase.dll
NOTE: Windows 7
C:\Windows\system32>certUtil -hashfile C:\Windows\System32\KernelBase.dll MD5
MD5 hash of file C:\Windows\System32\KernelBase.dll:
a0 6a 96 a2 6f e0 be 22 b0 8b 64 13 62 29 6b 68
CertUtil: -hashfile command completed successfully.Although I dont think that will be so useful since god knows how many different versions of that there are depending on patch version etc.
Did you do a malware/Adware/Virus check?
also read something about giving sfc -scannnow a tryNothing on Anti-virus
C:\Windows\system32>sfc -SCANNOW
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
Did you have Problems with your harddisk in the last weeks?
No issues
Reading more about your log, reading invalid Parameter handler in the Rendering functions might mean something like non properly initialized values.
Can you select different Video Adapters? If so, try to Change them (from gpu to cpu or vice versa just for testing purpose)Only got the one Video Card so no possibilities there
also later in your log reading about Object at RCX(00000000255BF080)
Data inaccessiblemight mean some rights missing.
Did you try run in Administrator mode?
Running in Administrator Mode makes no difference; same crash log
NOTE: Also tried spit’s comments below but half the commands didn’t work on win 7 since that guide is for win 10. The ScanHealth showed no issues
