Arrgh! Beaten by RD!

I count 15 - 11 = 4°

@Red:
11 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 15 . That’s 5
So including top and bottom marks, the bracket is 5°There are 5 points along it, yes.
The bracket spans an arc of 4 degrees, though. Not 5.

Please respect the thread title and don’t start cross-posting in different threads.
Let’s try to keep all feedback for a specific manual together; it’ll make our lives much easier.

Not really an error, but I would personally change the order of these 2 methods on page 6-75:
2. Drag the circle to the desired location. To add another point (and thus make a line), right-click on the circle and choose ‘Additional STPT to line’. This second circle will appear exactly on top of the first. Left-click and drag it away and you will see the line drawn between the two. Alternatively, you may also right-click away from the first circle and choose ‘Additional STPT in line 1’ like the picture above and it will draw another circle with a line attaching the two. As shown below, ‘Remove STPT from line’ will remove a steer point from a LINE section.
With the first method, I think there’s a risk you actually drag the first instead of second steerpoint. If you need a third, it will connect at the second, meaning you’ll have to drag both 1 and 2 to their correct positions again to get a fluent line.
Again a small typing mistake on page 6-77:
This is new feature which allows the pilot to move the bullseye to a location that is useful to him.
Should be “This is a new feature”
On page 6-77 as well:
Build your TE as normal. Save the TE and then exit back to the main UI screen. Open the TE as if you were going to go fly it. Stop the clock. Build TGT STPTs/LINES/PPTs as described above.
Unless this changed in BMS 4.33, stopping the clock is not necessary in Tactical Engagements (not sure about campaigns, but I don’t think it’s different). Saving the DTC does not save the mission, so even if you have the clock run at 64x while you edit and save the DTC, the starting time will remain untouched.

Gents,
If you are trying to make us change philosophy, we’re going to argue
Undoublty mistakes are in the manual but rest assured that we made all efforts possible to remain consistent and took care of the compromises involved. There are multiples ways to make the same tasks. We’re not going to change the way it’s explained because the current way illustrates our own method, which is proven. As said somewhere in the manuals, feel free to have other way to perform the same tasks, but we’re not going to redo all the stuff because one guy suggest another way All are valid, some better than others, granted. The purpose of the manual is to explain one. Relevant to what the author uses.

Understood.

TO-BMS1F-16CM-1, page 11
The D model has a smaller aft fuselage (A) fuel capacity because of the second cockpit (2675 lbs).
B and D model have a smaller F1 cell, so less Forward fuel

Outstanding manuals! Nice work.
Correction: Keyboard Key for Incoming Camera is 7. Page 9-131, Section 9.6.3.6. [edit RD: corrected next version]
Keyboard Key for Weapon Camera is Shift 7. Page 9-132, Section 9.6.3.7 [edit RD: corrected next version]
Falcon BMS Keyboard Layout (QWERTY/US Int.) and the BMS Full keystroke file also use the 7 key.
No chance to check it in-game yet.Thx

Suggestion for 10.4.6.2 List of Mission types and their success factors, page 10-206.
A newbie or someone like me with a lower intelligence quotient may have trouble finding the definition for “Same as CAP” referred to in the definitions for HAVCAP, TARCAP, RESCAP, and AMBUSHCAP. Maybe “Same as CAP” could be changed to “Same as BARCAP?” Might save confusion for new or “dense” virtual pilots.
Thx

Dash-1, p.101, discussing the VV HUD display, has a correct image of the VV scale inboard of the altitude scale, but the description says “inboard of airspeed scale”.

TO BMS1-F16CM-34-1-1
Found one and one unclear…
Page 174) (Picture)
"HARM on station 3 has been handed off with a SA3 threat and the current steerpoint of interest is PPT59. Once fired, the missile will fly to PPT59 and seek a Flap Lid radar in the vicinity of the steerpoint. "
– but on the picture is displayed 3 for SA-3 for left harm station 3 , has mode … it should be “Low Blow” radar in description, not flap lid for SA-10Page 206) 3.4.16.3
- AI will use IAM bombs before they use other bombs (LGBs or dumb). They will release multiple IAM bombs in one pass on different targets. They do that automatically if they are on independent flights and they will do that as wingmen if direct them to “attack targets.” AI will be limited to single IAM bomb drops and to the pickle delay…
Can you shed some light to above statement ?

Closing this topic as it’s now irrelevant as these issues were addressed in the update1 revision
If need be, let’s create a specific topic for the new update 1 revision docs.
