Can it be said who the new owner of the license is?

Oh, I just happened to have lost something from my clipboard…
-
Will do.
It would not be wise for the new license holders to kill BMS however.
Hoping the correct decisions are made by them.
Falcon 4 is worthless without the BMS mod.
-
They should have learned by now that having BMS is a perfect (and free!) sales pitch. If GOG thought them anything, that is… But publishers are publishers…
EDIT: Actually, now that I think about it, GOG may be the reason behind the owners taking interest in F4… They suddenly got a big increment in sales and went “uh?” Which is a good thing, I hope.
-
Wow, again! We’ve been through this before guys, relax, things will work out.
-
So, if they decide not to allow BMS, where would that leave us? (You know… "After eliminating the impossible… ")

If they make it when you aren’t allowed to use bms my guess if that everyone would leave falcon for dcs or some other flight sim.

The IP holder does not have the right to make the use of BMS unlawful. They have the right to make its distribution unlawful, but copyright has no hold over the ability of an individual to modify a work for their own personal enjoyment.
It is a bit of a moot point, as it would seem pretty unlikely for Tommo to make such distribution unlawful, given that it would dry up their new revenue stream.

I just read the gog.com user agreement, and based off of the OP and what user agreement says, I get the impression this is just legal red tape because of liscense owners changing. I really do not believe they have an interest in shutting down bms, but just the opposite.
-
I’m really concerned whether the IP holder is going to make us to buy digital copy of Falcon 4.0 even we already have original CD disc.
If yes, I guess we will have to buy it for new installer.
I know it’s cheap, but unacceptable for me. -
Again, not something they legally can compel you to do PeCa_Chuck.

I know it’s cheap, but really not acceptable for me.It actually has a section stating that if you have a license code like on a box, or CD etc, your good to go with the games that they have.
-
What about legitim owners of the original F4 from the original developer?…
Good luck and godspeed as well to BMS…and to all of us.

The day I buy falcon 4.0 just to get BMS, what are the chances

AFAIK Microprose sold or passed the rights for Falcon to Atari Interactive sometime in the early noughties. Falcon 4.0 Allied Force (2005) was licensed by Atari and they were the last known legitimate owners.

Please, take note: FALCON 4.0 is a copyright of and owned by Tommo, Inc. and published under the Retroism Label.

Actually, Tommo Inc. bought some classic game rights, such as Falcon 4.0, in July 2013. I don’t know, whether this piece of news was noted then by the public.
