Inverted axis issues
-
Hello all,
I am very new to BMS however I am having a huge issue with my pitch axis. I have a x-56 saitek and for some reason (issue in all games but have options to fix) but the pitch axis is inverted. I push the stick forward and nose raises, pull the stick and nose drops. The options in BMS do not allow me to “reverse” this axis. has anyone else ran into this issue and if so, how did you resolve it?
Thank you -
Have you tried correcting that with the Saitek configuration software?

The only way I know of is to set the axis up as keystrokes and set bands, I would like to avoid this as it makes the stick less accurate.

You don’t want to do that on the pitch axis, I think. Very odd. Never heard of this on any Saitek controllers before.
Is there an axis setting the registry that can be ‘reversed’? Along the lines of the entries in this post (which is about making the mouse cursor an axis): https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?11428-how-to-set-the-mouse-on-throttle-to-work&p=151158&viewfull=1#post151158
