I got Trackir and i now have to look down to see the MFD’s. Is there a way to change that or is it normal?
-
Just zoom out in order to see the whole pit.

i still have to look down. is something wrong with my trackir setup?

Not sure what you mean by “looking down”. If you zoom out as suggested by MrIch, you can see the MFDs. The whole purpose of TrackIR is to look around with your head movement. Are you able to zoom out?

I can zoom out but only see the top of the MFD’s, what i ment by look down is i have to look towards the seat to see the MFD’s

Normal.
IRL “standard” pov is mainly the HUD (pilot has literaly the nose in the HUD)
On older Falcon versions and on BMS for non TIR users, standard view is a sort of hybrid view half way between heads up and heads down for practical reasons … For TIR users there is no problems to look down for the lower parts of the cockpit, this is why default view is higher and closer to RL standard eyesight.

Thank you all, i was starting to think i may have messed something up.

You can change your profile in trackIR to center the view a little lower so that the MFDs are visible without looking down and still see the HUD too. On the track ir curve graph the pitch would show zero movement for a small area left of the center line. Then you can look slightly up hit center and the as your head comes down to level you have a center view with the MFDs.

TrackIR tries to simulate the real world in regard to seeing all around you.
Get familiar with the TrackIR software, especially the yaw/pitch graphs in the lower left corner of the full screen display. You can customize them to suit your needs.

I use the same method that TeeSquare describes…works perfect. Hint: You can recenter TIR in 3D as well.
