Problem calibrating TUSBA with Realsimulators rather nice looking software
-
I’ve finally got around to installing my TUSBA R2 & RUSBA which appear to work quite nicely. However when I try to use the provided software to calibrate/program these I get the message that the firmware isn’t supported and can do nothing. If I try to update the firmware the program doesn’t detect the TUSBA or RUSBA.
Windows see these devices correctly and I can calibrate them through them usual Window procedure.
I am using WIN10 Professional x64 and have tried the TUSBA/RUSBA in both my usual powered USB hub and a couple of USB port on the computer.
I e-mailed RealSim asking this but am hoping for a quicker answer from some knowledgable person on here.
Has anyone seen this behaviour with the TUSBA?
Has anyone got an older version of RealSimulators code to program/flash the TUSBA?Thanks

I have both Tusba R2 and Rusba and don’t have that issue. I would rely on RealSim support here. I’ve contacted them in the past a few times and were always pretty fast, very friendly and helpful. Even when I contacted them regarding an issue with my 8 year old FCC R1 they offered to take a look at it and fix if something was wrong inside it for free.

I own FSB and Tusba and the support had been always been very good.
I had a similar problem with my Tusba which in the end was a problem with some kind of USB drivers in my computer.
They helped me with that even though their product was working OK and it was just a configuration mistake/problem on my end.

+1. The folks at RealSim have always been very responsive to my requests as well.
