Helios and 4.32 vs. 4.33
-
For some reason, my Helios profile no longer is capable of sending the SimICPEnter callback to BMS. In 4.32, I was successfully using Scroll Lock as my assigned key for that function. In 4.33, that same setup no longer works. I’ve had to manually assign a keystroke of Scroll Lock in Helios instead of assigning the callback. The Helios software has not been updated in a few years, as Gadroc is no longer actively developing it, so the only change was BMS.
Is there a fix to this? Was this change done on purpose? If so, should I expect other callbacks to fail in future iterations of BMS as well? Has anyone else experienced similar problems with having to change Helios profiles upon BMS updates due to profiles being broken?

I no longer have access to a 4.33 changelog but I recall that there are been some bms releases that warn the keyfiles or callbacks or both ? have been changed.

But the SimICPEnter callback is still (4.33U2) listed in the ICP section of the BMS - Full keyfile in section 4.06, and I see no other callback in the keyfile which could possibly be used instead. So it would see the callback itself should still be appropriate? I verified that I did not have any duplicate keystrokes assigned to multiple callbacks.
