Application being blocked from graphics hardware
-
Just installed the U1 install and the game runs pretty well on my laptop i54210u and the HD4400 graphics. Ive been seeing the occasional Application being blocked from graphics hardware though. I think the screen flashes black and then back on again and sometimes minimizes. I’m not sure if or what settings in graphics could be causing it yet though, but if you have any tips that would be great.
I’m running at 1280x720 even though my native res is 1920x1080. Ive got most of the details and mip mapping stuff off.
I also cant figure out how to manually set key bindings while using a gamepad, but I’m still learning. I wish someone would make a PS4 Dual Shock gamepad profileEbojager

As for your vid card, they are pretty old are they not? I just don’t think it will take it…but may be wrong.
Gamepad, mate…try using a Joy to key program and see it it helps, will allow your pad to make inputs, but the reason you see no profiles is simple, get a HOTAS or a cheap joystick to start off with.Good luck

Thank you. Ya it is a couple years old, I think its a 4th generation now. I was surprised out how well it ran. I need t get into the settings more though. OK, I have an old USB Flight stick for my old PS2 Ace Combat game with separate throttle. I might try seeing if that will be detected lol. I still have my original 3 ring binder manual for Falcon 4.0 and the quick reference chart but pretty much most of them don’t work or have been changed in BMS version.
I’m excited though, the game looks amazing. -
No problem. Your in for a hell of a ride! Like yourself and many others, I too have the original binder, that in itself is always comforting If it’s a USB throttle, it should be detected easily enough. Let us know what type it is if you can’t make it work, maybe someone can help.
