The application runs but is minimized in the taskbar and I can not maximize. Does the same thing happen to someone? Any suggestions ??

Are you using 32 or 64 bit version?
Are you using 1.0.0 or 1.1.0 version?
Check in /yame64/config/yame64.xml in notepad and see what value is set in . Sometimes it seems x or y is set to -3200, so itās rendered outside the window.
Windows aeroglass disabled might cause issues.
Enabling ātrama S3TCā in OpenGl Texture compression might cause issues. -

I have had minimize issue in the past with v1.1 64 bit. I think all I did was start BMS normally using the BMS icon, then YAME started normally on the next occasion. I really do not remember precisely how I resolved the issue, but it was something funky like that.

Known issue and fixed in next release.

Had the values āāof x and y in -3200, I changed them to 0 0 and solved the problem, thanks roccio again

Hi, I was directed to yame a while back now and have been excited to finally getting around to playing with it, I am very impressed so far with all the additional features especially the ability to save layouts.
I am however wondering if thereās a way I can get it to start the client on windows startup and be ready for flight. I am currently able to add a startup listing for the software but this requires an extra step of starting the client once loaded.
I wondered if there was maybe a commandline flag i could add to the startup entry or such?

Next release will have the following command lines available:
-layout: load specific layout
-client: autostart client
-server: autostart server
-falcon: autostart BMS
-batch: autorun batch apps
-minimze: automatically minimise to sys tray -
Thanks man, cannot wait to get it implemented when I upgrade the sims to 4.33

Great program. However, Iām having an issue getting the MFDs to show. Everything else is working as advertised, but the MFDs. The windows are there, but they show up in the sim.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Again, great program!

Thx for the compliments
Are you using v1.1 64 bit? Windows also 64bit?
Are you using texture or 3Dhook extraction for MFD?
Client only or via network? -

Great program, really like having the kneeboard on my 4th monitor!
Having an issue with the MFDās using DX Hook though, actually just the left one. They are both displaying when editing the page and can be moved around etc.
Issue is the left one is not showing after starting Falcon BMS, the right one works fine. Can push the swap button on the right one and it will change to the FCR vice versa. Any ideas?
Everything else I have extracted is working great.
The question is why does it use so much CPU when you first open it? Itās hitting like 35% on CPU usage.Edit:
Set the page property to masked and see that both the MFDās are rendering the problem is still there, blank Left MFDā¦ -

The answer to my issue was on pg 22 (thanks jcenzano), SLI was causing the Left MFD not to render. :drink:

Good to know about sli giving issues. Will add that to the manual for newt release

I donāt know if everyone on an sli config is having the same issues.
On my case, it was solved changing the sli rendering option from AFR2 to SFR.
It could be good, as you say, to give sli users a heads up about possible issues and also workarounds.
I donāt know with the 4.33 versions, but AFR2 used to be a much smoother and more efficient rendering mode than AFR, which is the default one.

I checked the SLI modes after I read your earlier post.
AFR - Crappy FPS (not really sure why, have never tried it before)
AFR2 - Good FPS - No left MFD and RWR in YAME.
SFR- Good FPS - YAME rendering fine.Would be interested in what other people running SLI setups are seeing.
