Rudder and vertical stabilizer not showing !

What is the deal with “rudders” and vertical stabilizer not showing in 3D and also not in acmi ingame replay since 4.33?
Edit: Only happens close. After certain distance they DO show, which indicates an error in the “close LOD” model.

The next might just be me (subjective impression) … i have sometimes that feeling, that the hitbox is not registering hits as well as in pre 4.33 versions… considering how much countless metal (bullets) i have put into AI and humans planes - in both version. Since 4.33 i feel like… “how the f###” did that not hit … AI (or human) they went right through the bullets?! I am not sure about this… but a strong suspicion of “something is different”. Even if others shot at me… … like .“hm, i am still alive” ?
The reason why i am connecting the missing rudder with that feeling … is “maybe”! there is a bug in the hitbox definition aswell?!? Worth checking ???

Of course it only happens in DF. The tail texture is loaded based on team. And from some reason, ACMI does not save it (although it does). So in acmi no texture is loaded onto the tail. Same is true to loading the DF, it takes the full load for the tail to appear. In lower LODs, the tail is not loaded and a generic texture is used, that is why it “reappear”.
As for hitbox. In BMS there is currently only one HB per object. In aircraft it’s the fusalage.

Vertical stablizer was never a thing you could hit.So, there is only ONE hitbox… and system failures - if bullets hit - are pretty much random generation (pure luck) ?
Time to add better defined hitboxes (including wings). Don´t you think?
