Game crashes on mission start
-
I just downloaded BMS today and have spend around 3 hours searching for a solution to this. Basically I can start it just fine and everything in the menus work but the moment I hit a button that is supposed to take me into the cockpit it locks up and instantly disappears when I ctrl-alt-del out of it. My specs are:
Processor Intel Core i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
Video Card Intel HD Graphics 530
Video Card #2 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M
RAM 32 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit

Which vga have u selected in falcon setup graphics?
Choose nvidia.
If this doesnt work from control panel , power settings set to maximum performance.
If not disable the internal vga.
Have u looked at my hotlist?sent from my mi5 using Tapatalk

I have the nvidia card as the default card selected in control center along with in game in the graphics settings and my power settings are on max performance, it still crashes. I can use the recon feature fine now where that used to crash the game however
EDIT: It seems to sometimes work sometimes freeze, I’m testing further
I managed to get into a mission and everything looked fine but it froze again when I discarded it

Run it in window mode.
You know how to do that??

Windowed mode seems to work, but is there a way to make it borderless windowed and on top of the taskbar?
-
For borderless, launch BMS when the menu comes up, go into Cockpit Display Extraction.
Select Main Window and uncheck the Border box.
As far as the Taskbar, you can Auto Hide it in the taskbar properties.
