Active Radar Missiles

Hello All,
I have noticed that in 4.33 it is MUCH MUCH MUCH easier to DEFEAT an Adder or Amraam than in 4.32. In both sims I use the split s maneuver to evade it. However, the missile in 4.33 bleeds of its speed incredibly fast while in 4.32, it bleeds it off much slower making it more fun and most importantly, much more difficult to DEFEAT. Which sim has the more realistic model of the missiles and if it is an actual realism issue in 4.33 can it be returned to what it was in 4.32? I am all for the challenge and in 4.33 defeating Adders and Amraam’s is almost too easy, at least outside of 10 miles.

… so you are assuming that, because it is easier in 4.33, then it is a bug ?
dodging Adders and Amraam’s is almost too easy,
In the real life, pilots “do not” dodge missiles, they do not enter the lethal area or pump.

think I read somewhere that the energy bleed was recalculated for 4.33 to take into account such tings as the denser air at low atl.

As Dee-Jay said - the skill is not in dancing with the missiles its not letting the buggers shoot them at you in the first place - stay safe and live long ;0)
