Where is "Radar designate Target" BMS 4.33
-
Just trying to set up the my CH controllers. First time to really use BMS. In the old Falcon 4.0 to designate the target in the B scope, you hit insert / num 0. What is it called and what key is it in the basic key map? I have tried every function that I think it might be, but no luck, I can bracket the targets but cannot designate them.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

TMS Up (a.k.a. TMS Forward). It’s Shift + Home on the keyboard. It would be wise to at least map the TMS (Target Management Switch) functions to a hat switch. If you have more hats, map CMS (Countermeasure Management) and if possible, DMS (Display Management) as well. If you’re going to be flying online/MP, you’ll want to map the comm switch functions too.

Thanks for the information, will do. I’m in the process of assigning controls on my CH throttle and stick, also have a key pad, as I learn, I’m always changing the keys around. BMS is a world above the old Falcon 4, flight model and graphics are great. I was cleaning closets and found the old disk, bought the game back in the 90s when 14.4 K modems were all the rage. I was curious if it still worked , and thats how I got here and started using the simulation again.
