What would be a good alternative to Saitek Rudder pedals
-
Any recommendations? Anything that wouldn’t cause USB 3.0 crash problem like Saitek products?

Suggestion - run your controllers through a USB 2.0 hub plugged into your USB 3.0 port, if all you have is/are 3.0 ports available. That seems to work for me…

Anything else would probably be an improvement over Saiteks but why the need? This is not a WWII sim.

I use Saitek Pro Combats with good results. Currently they’re plugged into a powered USB hub, which is a good idea for any Saitek hardware.

Ditto here, but I have mine plugged into a USB 2.0 hub. I’ve read of issues with some USB 2.0 controllers plugged directly into USB 3.0 ports…I use the 2.0 hub as a buffer/choke to insure that the controllers aren’t addressed at the higher speed and so far, so good, so happy.

I’m using my T500RS (racing wheel pedals) as el-cheapo rudder pedals for NWS and in the air (seldomly). If you don’t need differential braking they’ll work just fine using BMS’ “enable virtual rudder” function.
Cheers, Uwe

+1 on racing wheel pedals. I use them for years.
