TM Warthog Stick and TM TWCS throttle setup
-
Hello,
I am trying to setup two different HOTAS systems from Thrustmaster in BMS and having a hard time doing this.My new controllers are:
1. Thrustmaster Warthog Flightstick
2. Thrustmaster TWCS ThrottleI can only select one of the TWCS throttle in controller setup, this make the flightstick non-functional in game.
I have tried using the BMS keyfile editor but no luck as this two systems are not selectable there.I would appreciate any help to set up this two hotas.

Assuming the stick is your primary controller, select this device from the Controller dropdown on the main Setup/Controllers page.
Next, click Advanced button, then Flight Control button. Under Throttle Axis dropdown, select the name of the axis which is associated with your throttle main slider. Click Okay button when down. Set AB detente, etc on the main Controllers page.
Job’s a good 'un - continue to program any other axes you might have in a similar fashion.

Thank you Malc, you are a star. Now all I need to do is read the manual and start going through my training,
I am running a ASUS Maximus VIII Hero, with Intel i7 6700K, 32Gb memory Samsung SSD 500GB, 2 x 1TB Seagate drives. 2 x Nvidia GTX 1070 SLI, ASUS PG279Q 27" 4k monitor. & Windows 10 pro. Any idea if BMS utilises the SLI graphic cards?

Sorry Mike, unable to answer the SLI question, but as BMS is not famed for taxing the GPU too much, I’d be surprised if SLI offered much/any advantages here.

BMS will work just fine with a SLI setup or a NVidia Surround setup but you don’t get any advantage by having SLI over a single card in BMS.

Use the BMS alternative launcher. Seriously, do not waste your time using anything else.

The key file editor works fine, but you have to use Generic Control for the throttle. This also necessitates having to figure out which DX button number is assigned to each button number. See below.

Thanks fellows for all your response.
I hadn’t followed this thread since until now that I want to set up my HOTAS for BMS 4.34 and hitting the same wall again.
Now I can map basic flight controls i.e pitch, roll and throttle.Hello Starfuryth, Thanks for the T-16000M Hotas chart. I am curious, is it possible to do shifted layer using keyfile editor?
