BMS 4.34 Documents correction report

Still don’t get it Soldano. 256.1 is not active. As showed in the picture, the correct and set frequency is 265.1. the simple fact that the carrier approach controller responds is ample proof

Dash -34
1.4.4.2.1 Enhanced Search Display (ESD) pg.57When a target is tail/low aspect (including near beam targets at 80” right/left) the indication will be pointing up from the search target.
Should it be 80° (as in the preceding sentence)?

Good spot. Thank you.

Page 154:
IFF mode 4 feedback is toggled by pressing ICP 7
Shouldn’t that be ICP 6?
ICP 7 is for IJAM (as described also on the bottom of page 157)
Cheers,

It refers to transponder page, not interrogator.
-
KTO AIP Page 50 - Seosan Ground Frequency is same as Tower, should be 275.8 instead of 353.1

Thanks for all the hard work to get us BMS 4.34 and for keeping Falcon alive!
How do you guys plan to incorporate the errata identified in this thread? Red dog said the manuals won’t be updated for a while but if it’s only a few errors, why not upload a quick fix, more accurate/correct document?

Hello guys !
Thanks for the hard work, and long life to Falcon BMS !Slight mistake in BMS User Manual page 3-19 : there is no longer the option to choose between 32- and 64 bit version (at least on my system, Win10x64) and so the screen capture is outdated.
Edit RD [Fixed]Best regards,
Viking

@jc1:
Training Manual, page 35 and Dash-1 page 68
Images of the DED Steerpoint show aircraft elevation. However, BMS 4.34 seems to have ground elevation just like the real jet. See me over Wolf in Training Mission #3, Basic Navigation, p35And the Dash-1 page 68 text
“The fourth line is the elevation of the steerpoint (the altitude at which you are supposed to overfly the steerpoint according to your INS flight plan). This is different from the real jet that has the ground spot height for steerpoint in this field (it is quite relevant to TGP mechanisation and finding the target”should now say something like BMS 4.34 is now like the real jet.

Pg.36
With the AP in STRG SEL the aircraft will steer towards the HSI bearing pointer the.

BMS-Comms-Nav-book page 42
Spotted by MadDoc in my voice attack profile thread, not yet listed here: element commands depicted do not match the in game menus.

It seems that this thread is starting to have items that are not really corrections. Could the moderators make a sub thread that shows only the confirmed corrections and lock out any changes to that sub thread?
-
A few more approach plate edits.
Edit RD [Radar Fixed] & Patro is at DME33 so it’s not PATRO
-
Redundant approach plates.
–--------------------------The Taegu (ILS RWY 32) permits a circle to land on runway 14.
The Taegu (CIRCLE TO LAND RWY 14) approach plate is not necessary.
Edit RD [Fixed] & on purpose

I’d like to suggest that the (IAF) be relocated to the KMH TACAN. The approach will make more sense in the plan view.
