Warthog Spring replacement
-
mounted the green spring and it’s awesome, now i fell a whole new and better stick.
tried an aar and joined on first try (not usual for me). now i need to grease it and replace the o ring.highgly recomended
-
I applied a little bit of grease to the spring in mine had no problems with it at all
-
A german saying goes: " Wer gut schmiert, lebt länger " ! –> (transl: " Someone who greases well lives longer ".)
Take a lot, it cannot harm and your Warthog will last for 100 years at least
-
Just got mine (green spring) the other day and gotta say it’s awesome. I think it should have been the spring TM originally shipped.
I did have to re-calibrate using the TM joystick re-calibration tool ver 1.13 but after that it was dead center again. I greased mine as well before installing.

Well my warthog stick is now retired sitting on the shelf of fame replaced with a WarBRD
-
interesting. looking forward to your verdict after some usage.
so far, i am not too happy with my warthog/warBRD combo, because the stick keeps oscillating with every movement/input i make. -

Ye I’m having the same problem just waiting for my T50 grip to arrive I think it’s 2/3 lighter than the hog grip
-
There is a lot less oscillation with the t50cm2 grip and more fine control due to the extra 2 inches from the base compared to the warthog grip,And I am using table mounts for the base as well
