Is it normal that Harrier14 are holding on the taxi way without wheels? Is those planes new electromagnetic formula to fly?

This is certainly Classic “wheel bug” … didn’t found the root case yet. Still investigating.
If you want to help, please, fill a true bug report https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?35644-How-to-make-a-bug-report (will maximum of details) … you post above to not help your investigations.
EDIT: Do not forget to report only bugs from a vanilla install. Not add on.

…or an empty gun pack. Had an incident with an onboard fire one night that darkened the cockpit and killed most of the instruments - and the Landing Gear Control Unit and Emergency Extend. Pilot didn’t know how heavy he was, so he put the jet on the runway in a “conventional” landing on the empty gun packs. Shower of sparks, but he got the jet down without touching the nose or tail on the deck. At night. He got an Air Medal for that.
We craned it off the runway, manually lowered the gear, towed it back in, had it flying again the next week.
