Random pausing in campaign (not freezing/stuttering….PAUSING)

I tried my first campaign mission since U4: started a brand new Tiger Spirit campaign out of Kimpo. Everything went fine until I was on final:
About 6.2nm from final on 14L the game paused by itself. At first I thought the game froze and was about to crash, but after hitting my POV hat I realized I could still look around the pit. There was no “PAUSE” or “FREEZE” message at the top of the screen. I hit “P” once and nothing happened, and tried hitting “P” a second time and the game resumed.
After that, about 2nm out I experienced the turbulence bug others have been talking about, but still managed a decent landing.
After taxiing clear of the runway I stopped on the taxiway to turn off my probe heat and other radiation-emitting gadgets and the game paused itself again. I could still look around the pit, and I could still hear ATC, so I hit “P” twice again and the game resumed. After that I parked my jet, shut everything down, and exited.
It was really weird. I tried to attach the saved campaign file but it’s too big and I forgot my Rapidshare password….and to make things worse the reset URL doesn’t work! :uham:

I was about to test if it was and then life stepped in today……I’ll let you know if I can reproduce it later.
EDIT: Well it looks like I’m going to be AWOL until Tuesday night so I’ll test it again then.

I just had this on 4.35.1 several times in 1 flight. I’ll review for time stamps and post vid later. Kind of annoying during refueling in a turn and on final, both @ night. ???

I have experienced the random pausing in both TE an CPN. It is longer in the MP. I don’t know what causes this.

This has just happened to me twice. Investigating.

i’m also just going to mention this here but i have noticed that when in dogfight sim mode (not campaign mode) the guns will maybe fire 1 short burst then stop.
when i look at my sms pg on mfd the ammo readout is glitched and guns wont fire until i back out and start again.
now, to be specific, i do use unlimited fuel and chaff/flares when practicing dogfights (in case it could contribute to a resolution). i have not yet tested with these settings normal.
also, to be fair, i have had entire sessions that were fine, but it feels like a 50/50 chance this could happen once i finally have a firing solution with guns.
i have only noticed this in 4.35.0 & .1. though i came basically from 4.32. with all updates while only briefly touching .33 or .34.
i may have a vid or pic i can post. if not i should be able to get one soon.
