Yet another update from the front lines..

@seifer Sorry to disturb about that, thank you for the release, to you and to the whole team.
You mentioned a fox3/RWR critical (in your opinion) issue. I can’t exactly find that matter in the change log. Does it mean it’s for later?
EDIT: I do see the STT fix, but is that the same problem?
-
Awesome,thankyou
-
yes same topic RWR / STT
-
@mav-jp Great, thank you.

Suffice to say the game looks a lot less grey now. It is still a bit dark, but color are more vivid than previous versions. It still allows foggy weather and bad visibility. But sunny is now, well. Sunny.
At first glance I think it looks great!

Changelog is a bit incomplete. We had the internal changelog generated by all coders, I compiled, reorganized it and generated a small list from it.
Most of the changes are there, but feel free to ask anything specific, I will try my best
-
@seifer maybe a future suggestion if code change was due to a user reported bug report mainly those from the bugtracker would be great to have them listed even if only with a reference number
-
@oakdesign We can’t do that as we work on our own internal bug tracker…
No intentions to open it publicly before you ask.
Cheers

I just now “got” the reference in the OP. It’s a U-3A, lol.

Good morning to all, Gentlemen.
Don’t know if this may be the proper to place this thought, but the same here I go.
More than sometimes, but in these present months especially, I experienced the neeed of a more “performing”, so updated, Mission Editor.
This isn’t the usual complain about “Why is it 2D still? How nice if ME would be 3D instead, blah blah”, even if I guess this one could be a major step forward for us, and we would deserve that after so many years, in conclusion, especially if we compare ours with the competitors’ ones.
No, there is also another matter too.
I personally felt the lack of a more “organized” way to show the units avalaible, shown this time according to their type (aerial, naval, ground) - I’m missing here that blessed FreeFalcon6 structure, you all sure know and remember it.
Thus I am asking to myself if would they both be so complicated to be implemented in the next Falcon vrsion to be released, that’s all.
I sincerely hope not.With best regards.

May be , I never used Free Falcon. I do not have any idea what shall be.
Some people became excited by FreeFalcon but many did not jump on this version.
Perhaps, I was like to go from Openfalcon directly to BMS. I avoid any confusion
-
@freedomlike
Hello, dear mate.Please let me be more clear about this matter.
I positively didn’t want to suggest that FreeFalcon may be better than BMS (an Open Falcon major evolution, than a simple update, correct this and agreeded).
I flied all the Falcon versions, variants and so on, released and from this experience I caught a term of comparison about the Mission Editor, thus I intended to address a suggestion of mine to the Devs. about - in my own humble opinion! - how to improve our current version.That’s all, and nothing else.
With best regards.
