Solved Jc1 Profile
-
Hey jc1, I made all the changes the other day and everything is working just right. As far as waypoints go I’m just using the rocker switch. It’s not a problem at all. Thanks for taking the time to put together the script. It makes everything so much better for me as you know I have always used the S3 switch. Short fingers I guess.
Thank you again, Rhino

Take another look at post #51. I edited it to add a change to line 65. This will enable the Pinky shift to work with all callbacks, including waypoints.
All my files are available via post #1 of this thread, “jc1 Profile”.

Yes, I saw that you had added that one so the Coolie switch is back working with Waypoints? Cool, I was just using the rocker which was Ok also but, that’s even better. Hey, there have been a lot of changes since 4.33 and 4.34. Do you have to be on the right frequency for things like tower, tanker, wingman things like that? I was out doing a refresher fly on #11 or something and when I bring up the menu their blank? What’s up with that I figure radio.
Thank again for the work, Rhino

The place to put the tmc file is C:\program files(x86)\Thrustmaster\Target\scripts
I don’t have MFD devices and jc1.tmc does not handle MFD devices. -
Hey jc1, Have you seen this before (include “target.tmh”) whereas target.tmh is in Red? At the very start of the profile. There are other instances of this throughout the profile, just in a few places. This problem is just not with the S3 version, but also with the jc1 profile. Also, the joystick will not move in x or y in the UI. For some reason, this has happened overnight. Any thoughts.

If you are referring to the red color in the Target editor, that is normal. Here is where the color options are described
Not sure what you mean by the S3 version.
Also, don’t know why your joystick won’t move. Mine does.

Version 4.36 04/28/2022
Used the new 4.36 BMS - Full.key file and made my changes to it

@jc1 jc1 is discontinuing use of the “Jc1 Profile” for Thrustmaster Warthog. I intended to use Alternative Launcher but found out that that Alternative Launcher could not recognize my devices correctly. I have Thrustmaster Warthog stick/throttle and CH pedals. If I remove the pedals AL is OK with that. If I add the pedals then AL AxisAssignment page thinks my stick and throttle is CH. Also AL can’t handle TrackIR pause. JoyToKey can handle TIR pause but JoyToKey is limited in what it can do. I got to have TIR pause on the throttle POV and make changes to BMS Full.key just as AL does with BMS - Auto.key.
I can do all that with my TARGET script “Jc1 Profile”. However, that Profile prior to BMS 4.36 was limited to 32 DX keys per device. Now with 4.36, 128 DX keys per device are available. I am in the process of finishing my new Thrustmaster TARGET “jc1-DX128 Profile” to make use of the 128 DX keys and should have it ready soon. All, not just 32, buttons and switches as one device will be assigned to the available 128 DX keys. That will make for ease in changing key assignments when desired and also better performance in BMS Falcon.
