F15K unable to lift off
-
Hello guys, Recently I found a problem about F15K.
When I suppose to take off, the elevator moves with my stick’s movement but F15K didn’t move up itself.
In the cockpit view, the pilot expected red out when I pulled stick up.
the flap set 15degree, and CAT 1 storage, and I tried to rotate a sevelar V speed but no response.
Even though speed above 250kt, just rolling but no lift off.
One thing that I found was that once rolling, the nose seems press to ground for a while.
Please help to solve this problem. Thanks -
v4.35.3?

@airtex2019 Yes…but I use korea2012

There was some bug about this, I think fixed in U3. But I don’t know if it was theater-specific or something in the code. (Iirc it affected all planes that don’t have “afm” advanced flight models.)
If you’re technically inclined you might try diff’ing the flight-model files, vs stock KTO, to see what changes jump out at you.
For lulz I just flew a CAP in F-15C and it felt like I was stuck to the tarmac like a giant refrigerator magnet … but the plane did take off, jerkily, around 200 kts.
Landing was similarly weird… felt like landing on ice rink. Took about 10,000 ft to come to a stop. (This was stock KTO, 4.35.3)

@rookieskyworker - check that your trim is neutral?
-
@stevie yes… Even tough up trim, it doesn’t work

the bug is noted on many non-AFM ac. off and on.

@drtbkj Thanks a lot

Same with AV8B+ , what should 've been STO … happened finally at threshold around ~200kts … waaaay too wrong
Exactly as you’ve described, like some magnet holds you till 200kts.Alas, this plane do have AFM … but huh… not quite efficient one it seems.
I’m tracking THIS “problem” since 4.35U1 … but since I do only carrier (Wasp by Radium) there’s friction somewhat ok for S/TO’s , as you’re “forced” to leave the runway , abruptly.
It is a bit tricky to get some lift at the end, but is doable. Especially with heavy loads , cca all fuel + 4xMk83 .But on the other side, landing is … Jesus Christ… like on lake of ice.
Even more so , it is a VERTICAL landing …
… as soon you touchdown with some !!! 20-25kts (gndspd of carrier) the plane jerks forward as if you landed on vacuum with 200kts.I hit the brakes the moment i feel the deck, even parking brake… manage to stop around bridge., if lucky and fast.
I’m in luck also as I can turn nozzles 120deg , (on 2 pushes of button, fast) if needed, so generate reverse thrust.So what is the problem, and how to fix it … I mean ???
Its !!!3 updates with the same thing going on …
That’s waaaay too much for 3-4 weeks … it is goddamn falcon 1Year.Is there at least a workaround for dat’s , just to tweak my own plane.
Anybody??
Thanks in advance.
