Solved Unable to Crank the F18 Engine for BMS 4.35

I am unable to Crank the Engine for the F18 in BMS 4.35. It seems like it is a hot spot. Help please. Thank you very much.

@toon1ce Hi,Toon. Yes, that can be fixed. Go back into the Mafia Files and download the BMS Fighters Manual. In it you’ll find 2 options…
1) Section IA of the Manual gives the procedure to fix the hotspots.
2) Section VII gives you the option of putting a fully functional Hornet cockpit in your jet. We developed this option as some of the stock pits are austere.

Hi, Toon. This is a known issue in 4.35, but the solution is simple. Go to the Mediafile Mafia Files, the link is in my signature. Go to BMS Mafia Files/BMS 4.35 Files/1799 and download both the 3dbutton.dat and the 3dckpit.dat ( not the stock files). Put these files into BMS 4.35/Data/whatever theater you’re in/Art/CkpitArt/1799, replacing the files that are there.
This will not only fix the “engine crank” ( where jfs is modeled ) , but also the parking brake and landing lights.
Also, you have added functionality like IFF,take off trim, and FLCS BIT

Thank you and I appreciate you so much. I have a question. By any chance the f14 cockpit is missing buttons and switches in 4.35. is there a chance we can fix that?
