@Gear5 Well this is intresting, I am now wondering which one is actually the real hardpoint/rack configuration. (next to each other or stacked from outside to inside?)
I tried to find real photos with EF2K, but came out with mostly just single bomb. Also found some modeling kit that had the 2 bombs next to each other.
Hope someone else could clear this up, how these pylons/racks work in real life loadouts.

Cheers Obi1

@Obi1 this rack is not only use in EF-2000, other planes use it too, so u may get hint from other’s loadout.

BTW, i dunno the real life loadout, but in game, if u load 2 bombs like the right (side by side), then when u load 3 bombs, the upper bomb drop 1st, lower bomb drop 2nd. i think it is not good.

@Bad-Boy I think we need to check in DB…
I thought we changed stuff for 4.36

In reality EF2000 isn’t using any dual, tripple racks as of now, apart from the Brimstone tripple launched. A new twin rack is envisioned for side by side carrying of typically two 500 lb class munitions or alternatively carriage of three Brimstone or SPEAR 3.

P.S.: The loadout options in BMS for the EF2000 have always been wrong as for most flavours of the sim. I have corrected this several times with my previous EFTP series, but it has never been carried forward, like other changes, with exception for OF 4.6 and FF5 (partially).

@Scorpion82 If you send me (PM/Chat) what you see as a reasonable loadout capability for the Typhoon, I’ll try to take care of that in the next (or the one after) delivery
