The controls of two people describing the same problems in the same flight? Interesting… you asked for it =).

To speak seriously again, illustration, for anyone wanting to compare the experiences.
EDIT: a bit more: when DMS down on no contact, switches to torchlight. Torchlight remains by DMS down back (unless on a contact…)

@LorikEolmin I will give it a look, and if you find a repo do let me know, that makes life much easier

I’ve had other switches change position on their own. Usually on, off, on, off, on very quickly. So quick that you barely see the movement.
The odd thing is, it only happens in MP. I have been through my key file settings many time to insure no conflicts,
Most recently it happens on the external lighting panel. Either the wing/tail or the fuselage switch will do it.
Again only in MP not in SP… Weird

lorik I have the same problem as you, I thought it was my problem but this point that some more

Who knows, your controls maybe
The first who gets a repro case earns a scold!

Is there a way to show on screen what button are you pressing and what callback is being recalled?
I am unsure about something similar that happened to me during our flight. -
@vandroy Say it as you do it.
-
@LorikEolmin I would first rule out problems on my side but I was sharing my cursor position and instead started a IFF interrogation. On a second attempt 1-2 seconds later worked as expected.

@LorikEolmin prly stupid question but … are these hotas bindings or keyboard? (does the problem repro with either input mechanism?)

I have no repro case. I don’t fly with keyboard waiting for it to happen.
3 different people reporting it.

Who for avionics? @I-Hawk ? Sorry if not.
EDIT: @Tumbler31 … sorry.Repro: block 15, loadout 4 x 9M, 4 x 65B, 2 x 370 and -131 (IIRC the pod). Mavs are the factor.
Switch A/G. Back to Nav. Try to use TMS up, down and replace it when you need to with DMS down. Switch to A/A mode to restore.
EDIT: probably block what you want actually.

@LorikEolmin I got this yesterday

If you run across the same problem and find a repro case, could be worth going in, since it happens to me two flights in a row in different blocks.
While on FCR, TMS up doesn’t work, DMS down acts as usually + TMS up effect. So, if I want to bug a contact, I move the cursor on it and DMS down. That drives me to the other MFD at the same time, of course (and nuts).
On other displays than FCR, TMS up and DMS down work normally.
I was on NAV. Switching A/G or changing from FCR to another and back didn’t help.
I switched to Miss/OR. Worked back to normal.
I’ll post if I find anything more.
PS: don’t even think of questioning the controls.
I have had this twice now, always with Mavs loaded, I play solo so not just MP related
