Nope neither the original dev nor myself had time to implement an analoge clock yet

“yet” sounds promising ;0)

thank you ! the portable version works fine …but only one thing doesn’t work
I use an external USB display and I need to relocate each extraction on my external USB display once time I start my computer
is there a way to fix that? I 'd like save the position of each extraction as it was possible to do with the installed version…
now each time I switch on the computer and the USB display, MFDE displays all extractions on my main screen … -
@suhkoi69 Did you manage to get a counter measure to MFDE reseting the position of your extracted instruments to the main screen. I have the same issue and even if I modify the ‘MFDExtractor.exe.config’ manually to set the appropriate coordinates of the extracted instrum, MFDExtractor does not seem to read it…
I really don’t know where the location (X,Y) of the extracted instruments are recorded. -
@capt_oliv locations and which siplay is stored in
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\MFDExtractor\MFDExtractor.exe_Url_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\0.6.3.0\user.config -
@oakdesign Thank you !
Manual tuning of flight instruments location/size/… for additional monitors is working great when performed in
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\MFDExtractor\MFDExtractor.exe_Url_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\0.6.3.0\user.config
as stated here above. -

the MFDE extractor works on Windows 11, It will not start up on a fresh windows 7 install. Do I need extra software??

Going from 4.36 to 4.37 has been a challenge, but worth it!
Using the latest MFDE extraction has been a dance. Can’t get out of having the HUD show up in both MFDs. Suggestions please. / Getsno… -
@Getsno Use RTT Remote for MFDs. Use MFDE for gauges.
-
@Icarus said in MFD Extractor not working:
@Getsno Use RTT Remote for MFDs. Use MFDE for gauges.
this is what I had to do … not sure why but it fixed it.

Trying RTT gives me the dreaded black screen with orange X. No joy!!
