G940 Profile for 4.33?
-
Hi, since 4.33 keyfile has greatly changed, I wondered anyone had the time to make up a G940 Profile?
Also is there any simple way to make the keyfiles into an xml file that can be imported and used in Logitech Profiler?
Regards,

I’m also looking for this

Hi, since I did not get any replies I began doing this myself and did a simple profile but could not complete to my satisfaction due to other issues.
Nevertheless I’d like to share the basic profile in which all commands are ready in it for Logitech Profiler. If anyone is interested here’s the dropbox link to the profile I made…
You can import the file to Logitech profiler and can go on from there.https://www.dropbox.com/s/h09ccd8wnhvdupt/BMS4.33_Cashman.xml?dl=0
Best regards…

Thank you for this. I’ve been struggling with the dodgytech profiler to make my own decent one for years and never been happy with it in one way or another… and on the off chance tried yours an love it. Its perfect, button assignments are different to how I did it but actually work much better.

I just tried this profile on my logitech g940 and the buttons don’t seem to line up, like a lot of the buttons that are mapped joystick wise don’t function in game. Is there a specific keyset that needs to be loaded?

Thanks for this profile man! Got it to work with BMS 4.33U1.
My only problem was getting the trigger detents to work.
If someone else runs into this problem, here’s what I did:- Load the profile into Logitech Profiler.
- Clear the settings for both trigger stages, so that they both just say trigger.
- Make sure you select “force permanent profile” under Global Profile Settings and choose this one.
- Launch Falcon 4 from the start menu / shortcut / etc, but NOT from the Logitech Profiler
- Inside the Falcon UI, go to the controller/key settings menu.
-FIRST Set the Second Trigger Detent. Keep holding the trigger all the way back, click the keybind on your screen and release it. It will now register the 2nd stage of the trigger as 2nd trigger detent.
-THEN set the first trigger detent by simple clicking the keybind and pulling the trigger into 1st stage. It should now have both detents mapped correctly. - Save your keyfile as something new. I named mine Henk-Logitech. (And don’t forget to press apply!)
(Extra note: I chose BMS_FULL as my default key file, edited in there and saved under a new name.)
DONE
Now the Vulcan purrs…eh…“BRRRRRRT’s” happily.
Thanks again for making this file Cashman!
