Gpu graphic Settings or bms setup graphic?
-
Hi mates, is it better to turn off graphic Settings under bms setup menu and turn them on within gpu profile or viceversa?
In My case I have a radeon r9 280x and i5 4550. I tried for a while but i didnt understand what is better….
what is Your approach to this Matter?
Thank you! -
I prefer to set graphic settings to override through the control panel. If you do this however turn those settings OFF in the sim UI.

I think its different for each rig, there is not one answer to this question for all. You have to test it yourself. For me, all on in BMS and everything off in nVidia Inspector gets best fps. I know the opposite works for others, so the only way to find out what is best for you….is to test it. If you find no difference either way, then it doesn’t matter which one you choose.

Same as Icarus here, only with ATI gfx. I set all the parameters under the Catalyst Control Center to ‘application dependent’, then adjust everything in BMS. Better FPS that way…

Thank you guys, i’ll make some more test indeed.
By now, i’m not sure but i think i’ve 2-3 more fps using bms settings, but (again i’m not sure 'cause it’s difficult to see big differences) it like turning bms options off and overriding them with catalist, graphic is little better. -
Yes it is a bit of work to find the right balance. (I’m ATI)
I let BMS run the show with AA at mid levels.
