Lost my cursor
-
Greetings Gents,
I just recently installed Falcon 4 and updated to 4.33 U1 and U2. My problem is when I first click on Icon to start I have my cursor (Jet) to click on Launch to get to the Korean arena.
Once I am in the Korean arena, I have no cursor, I move my mouse and able to highlight tabs but not easy to do. Can anyone assist me on this problem? Thanks

Are you running BMS in fullscreen or windowed mode? What OS are your running on?

Apologies, not to tech savvy, had my lovely wife’s help with the downloads……the BMS comes up full screen, Where do I look for OS settings?
-
In other words, which Windows version is your Operating System? 7, 8, 10?…
-
ok, OS I am running on Windows 10
-
ok, found more computer info.
Inspiron 3647, Win 10 Home, Processor CPU [email protected] GHz, Ram 4.00 GB, 64bit OS -
Just a thought Smitty, you may have to delete BMS and download it again….maybe a file got lost somehow

Do you have mouse trails activated? IIRC there is a problem with using trails and running
BMS. -
Hope you got it working

What a blinking thing!! Wow! So, my mouse had vanished too!..…Tried drivers, tried compatibility, tried debugging, tried looking in the exe…tried system call traces…
And it turned out to be MOUSE TRAILS!!!
OMG! Thanks for the help! That’s great! So now I can go back to flying, as opposed to hacking
THANK YOU!!

Go into your mouse properties and uncheck ‘Curser Trails’ or whatever the wording is. I struggled with this for a couple days and found out you can not use pointer trails.
Hope this helps.
