I noticed when I bomb ememy air fields that when I destroy aircraft on the ground they show up in the briefing as air to air kills
Is this right

Last night I bombed a hardened bunker on the border of North Korea. There was a rocket artillery piece sitting out in front of it, so I just smashed it with a CBU because it was all I had left. Killed the bunker. Killed the artillery.
And I walked away with 30 additional kills (total of 32) for all the equipment in the bunker. From one lovely bomb drop.
Sometimes the scoring doesn’t always make sense.

It was a HART site correct? That is an artillery unit with support vehicles and troops and you get lots of kills from hitting that with CBU’s and JSOW.

I have noticed that (early in the campaign) when doing recon on HART sites that 20-30 ground units will be overlaying each other, looking like one 3D model. I’m sure that they are all supposed to be there. In F4AF they were all packed in the HART site like sardines in a can. Must be a limitation (hate to say bug, because I don’t know enough to say one way or the other) of BMS, but it doesn’t really matter much because even in F4AF one bomb would take out the whole battalion as if it were a chain reaction from the vehicle which was originally hit. I’m sure at a HART (Hardened Artillery) site, there are enough munitions around to support this kind of damage. Anyway, that is my take on it.
