Just to confirm for anyone reading. It was indeed the new run way textures. This is on a machine with 2gb ati 6970 and 8gb of ddr3 ram.
Not to disrespect the great work that went into it. For those that can run the textures without fault - it’s awesome.
Also an apology for saying I suspected the campaign file.

Im running the latest patch, and have installed 3 mods - the korea texture terrain and the runway textures along with the new korea 2012. Suspect buggy campaign file?
Since technical support is ONLY suposed to be “enshured” for a stock BMS install, I kindly move your thread into the mod room.

Same happened to me on the weekend , I think I was in Sinai.
I think that’s twice this year. I don’t have HiRES runway mod.

Mine is with a stock FalconBMS install in Korea in MP TEs. No amount of waiting is long enough after exiting the mission…the non-host will freeze. Eventually, you have to kill the process tree with Task Manager. Host will exit fine.

If I am not wrong, this one is not related with texture but is an MP issue when host quit before the client. (?)

Yeah sounds more like something else then the textures. Specially when u leave. If it was on load - start it would make some sense.
Still is strange that changing the textures fixed the problem. Maybe I ask which airport it was?

I’ll try and post if I can remember when I hop back on.
I should say the sim worked flawlessly in game. No issues at all. They looked great too.
But I can confirm that removing them enabled me to exit into debrief absolutely fine. With the same mission.
It was the only thing I did (remove the dds by putting backed up stock ones back in).
Just to remind - it was single player.
