Training Script colours
-
Flew a few training missions today on the training TE’s and tried to use the training scripts. Light green on a white background doesnt read very well, even paused sim and got magnifying glass out and still couldnt make out what it said. Light green on Black would work or Yellow on Black or black letters on white backgrounds.
Is there a way to change these manually?

Presumably through the files saved in your campaign folder. IMO, better off using the manual to read rather than the scripted missions as a number of them don’t work as per the original manual anyway…
-
You got that right.
Most of the training missions are from SP3 anyhow with mods done since then. The point was merely to point out the colouring was way out for the training scripts, thats all. If the function is there then it should work correctly and efficiently.

With bms 4.32 and win7/64,
I have just found out that the color of training script is sometimes is all white.
So I can not read anything on it.What is wrong here?

Been a while so bear with me but IIRC
goto Data\Campaign\SAVE
now say we want to edit the ramp start training mission text open -oo-ramp Start.txt or simmiler
there should be a set color change that to what you want it to be bear in mind it proberly is in aRGB not plain rgb
I could be mis rembering though

You are correct - SetColor FFFFFF for white, 000000 for black, etc.
