Alright,Tom,I said it because I’ve problems (crash of BMS and dark sky) with the work of Nove.
If I understood well it’s Nove who made the tiles and objects in new Balkans v3.0 so i’m afraid to encounter
the same problems.What a pity,his work is also beautiful.But with Korea 2014 no any troubles!

Downloaded and testing right now !! But I didn’t notice it was a night mission
Indeed by night textures looks awesome ! And IMHO night good-looking textures are important too !!
Next mission will be a day mission, I’ll tell ya my impressions !

ps : TOM, I asked you a few things about your korea textures … coé I’m a bit lost so I don’t know which texture to download, which one is the best, which one is the last one you made, well like I said I’m a bit lost !! Could you make a lil post to give some explains about your korea texture tiles work please ??!! BTW Thanks a lot for all your hard work !!

Tested on a day mission : textures are far better then original ones IMHO ! It’s a real pleasur to fly over aegean countries !!
No bugs till now, I’ll tell you if I find something strange or bugged ! Good work Tom !

I tested it today, and flew over the island of Lemnos, which still needs some work. Are these a work in progress? If you fly over Lemnos you can clearly see some of the grid squares…I’m struggling for how to describe this, but basically parts of the coast are completely square with right angles.

though,the Korean2014 works very fine,I’ve the same problem with Aegean2014 and the work of Nove for Balkans:
BMS crash after few minutes (test in campaign mission and instant action over Creta).I tried installation with hotfix v1.2
and without,same bug.I must say I’ve installed on Windows XP SP3 for test (I’ve dual boot with Windows 7 and XP).
It’s very strange having bugs whith tiles modifications for those theaters and nothing with Korea.
Aegean and Balkans originals works fine.The only common point is they are not the originals theater in falcon BMS 4.32.
Is there are some one else with the same problem ?

There have been 2 previous modded tiles before IIRC, just to keep in mind, tbh both were already an improvement.
Most people seem to fly with one of the modded versions.
E.g.: ATM I use the 2nd batch from Tom for Aegean and 3rd for Korea.
Will give this a 3rd for Aegean try Easter.

with a little search I’ve found the Hightiles v2.0 and very happy with it since Aegean 2014 TEST don’t work on my system!

TBH I also use the 2nd batch atm. Would help Beta test the new but I am an admin elsewhere and that about covers my simming Beta activities.
On top the 2nd really looks great.

The solution on my side is to install only the texture Folder. That works good for me. But as my teacher always sayed. Make a backup of all your folders genlemen.
