Please help me with my Saitek 55

In Setup Controllers - Advanced Options the Pitch Zone has assigned Y Axis - Throttle, and Roll Axis Dead Zone X Axis Throttle. When I am trying to change to Y-Axis Stick and X Axis Stick from the roll down meny I see the alternatives but I cannot choose the alternatives. Any Ideas how to solve this.

greetings, i am facing the same issue with my x55, not able to select the axis in the drop down list. connected devices trackir, combat pedals, throttle and stick where x55 and pedals are connected to an powered usb hub. all devices show up in the list.
running on win7 64bit.

Make sure in the controller box above the joystick buttons, saitek pro flight x-55 stick is listed and not the throttle. I just tested this to see if that would cause your issue and it did for me.

have the same hotas. Throttle and stick do not like sharing a usb port. Try separating. I have 1 in an unpowered hub with wirless mouse reciever and one in a port byitself.

I have both plugged into the keyboard and have no problems.

I was already going nuts as I´ve always selected the controller which I wanted to configure - once I´ve selected the X-55 stick as suggested by you it worked out for me and I was finally able to set up the throttle the right way. -
