M2000-5 - FCR target airspeed + target histories
-
Hi guys
- With the F16 fcr, the “bug calibrated airspeed” is the correct one as soon as the target is bugged. Within the M2000-5, it takes between 30" and 40" to display the correct speed decreasing from a higher value.
I think this is a bug, the time it takes for a radar to compute a speed is smaller than this. Can we correct this ?
- Is there a way to enable again the “target histories” on the fcr ? The CNTL page gives the choice from 1 to 4 as IRL, but this does not lead to any change. I remember this option was fully active in previous versions of Falcon, and I wish to use it again.
Thanks for your help.

the “bug calibrated airspeed”
What are you calling “bug calibrated airspeed” exactly? Is it in the HUD or on the FRC page?

This is working fine here on 4.33.3 vanilla.

Hi Dee-Jay.
What are you calling “bug calibrated airspeed” exactly? Is it in the HUD or on the FRC page?
And the time it takes to stabilize :
It’s a long, long time !
In return, with any F16, the speed is instantly correct.

Fine, it works ! But not for me, on my vanilla BMS… No mod, nothing else.
On this picture I let the CNTL page open to check the : TGT HIS = 4, but it’s the same result when closed.
Same problem with any F16.
What can be the root cause ?
Thank’s for help.

As a feed back for those who could have the same issue related to the lack of Target histories, the problem is maybe in relation with the display of MFD’s via the “cockpit display extraction” function.
Removing it let the TGT HIS to display again. After multiple activation/deactivation of it, my histories work again. So, look this way if facing the same pb.
Is there a way to set TGT HIS at level 4 by default ?
