Shot doctrine soviet fighters

I was wondering, what are the shot doctrines for russian fighters? when do they fire/employ tactics? and the tactics they use, are the soviet based? or is it something random? looking at the different radars they use, are they programmed as the maker of the radar claim or not, meaning some radars need to be in STT to fire missiles, but are they really in STT? looking at the NIIP N001 VE for example, some sources say it can track 10 tgt and engage 4tgts, is BMS programmed like this or not?
