4.33 U3 downloading issue

Hello all. New here and just getting back into flight sims. Still having the original 4.0 disk I wanted to give this a try. I downloaded and installed U1 and U2 with no problems but for some reason I cant download U3. The file will download completely but stalls out while “seed”. all the stats info shows zero. I’ve tried a couple different torrent download app with no luck same problem. if I try to open the file as is, I get the “windows cannot open specifies device/file/path. you may not have appropriate permission to access the file”, and then my anti-virus kick in calls it harmful and deletes it. Could use some suggestions. Forum search didn’t give me any useful results.

Hi, probably the real time scan of the downloaded files of your antivirus is interfering.
Try disabling it temporarily or mark your torrent program / the download folder it uses / anything else related (YMMV) as safe and see what happens.
In case this solves the problem, it’s strange for your AV to not intervene also on U1 and U2 but hey, we are not in his shoes…
