CTD's when entering UI.

Is there a place to post crash logs? I’ve had 4.33-3 installed for a bit over a month now and I’ve had 35 CTD’s, always when the game moves into the 2-D UI. Sometimes at start up and sometimes when leaving a mission. Up to now it hasn’t been a big issue but I’ve started a campaign and it CTD’d after my first mission. Kind of annoying.

I had several CTD’s with KTO that act like the same kind of crash, i.e. always when entering the UI. Just wanted to do the Balkans campaign.
Just one R-270. I had to Roll back the drivers form whatever the latest is to 17.7.1 to get the UI to show up at all (was getting a black screen for UI). Don’t know if that’s related.

each time you change gpu drivers it’s a good thing to go in config folder and delete dx9display.dsp file (will be generated again after you launch falcon).
I suggest to use old drivers with old cards.Cheers

Why do you have 15 GB of memory. Go back to a stable Matched set.

My motherboard supports triple channeling, so odd numbers should be ok. So I have for DIMM 1, 3, and 5, 4GB DDR3 and DIMM 2, 4, and 6, 1GB DDR3. 34+13=15. Now the 1GB DIMM’s don’t match the 4GB DIMM’s in timing, so maybe that’s something to look in to. But, all three 4 GB are identical and the three 1GB’s are also identical.

Like I said, Go back to a stable Matched set.
Ditch the three 1 gig sticks and run that for a while. You might be happy with the results.
12GB is generally plenty.

I have this CTD with the same error message very often when I leave the 3D to UI ( just before the debriefing page)
This trouble is recent for me: I think the new GPU driver is the cause of this issue
