Interface not visible in non window mode

for some reason i can only see the sims interface in window mode.
any suggestions?(i tried new installations several times, fresh video driver also)

You should always start with system specs, its so bothersome to keep asking.

Did the older video drivers display OK.
I had 7950s X2 and stayed with older drivers that I knew worked well until I went Rx 480.
Are you trying to run in “cross fire” mode?
