Falcon online used to run a fvf server, however there are problems with the MP code ATM. They do run a coop server right now though. I believe veterans-gaming is running a server as well.

Veterans Gaming runs a Korean Campaign (stock) with F-18s and Harriers available and I believe most of the time the Campaign on Falcon Online is Battle for Balkan version 1.3.1 (downloadable at their website) I do not know of any FVF campaign online though.
