Runway texture disappearing

Hello,

When I fly Balkan without the high resolution textures in bad weather, i can see runways texture (gina del colle and aibases around).

When I use the high definition textures, in bad weather, either the runways textures don’t show up at all or sometimes they suddendly show up or even more strange, when i am in clouds, I can see the runways in a sort of fluorescent yellow.

Do you have this issue as well ?
