Landing at Aviano

Tower is always instructing me to land at rwy 23?
I have ILS chart for rwy 05 - can i just declare that ill fly my own approach?
Or does anyone know how to create approach chart for rwy 23 ?

edit the weather, set to deterministic and set wind according to how you wish to land. ATC will take wind into account for active runway.
There is no ILS for 23 on Aviano, therefore no ILS plate for that either

Actually i would like to have (or create myself) arc dme approach to rnwy 23…no need for ILS

Ia then allowed to land on opposite runway?
