Keyboard Blocked

My keyboard is blocked during the flight online and after a while. The hotas and the mouse work correctly, with which I can continue the flight, but it is impossible to return to 2d. I have to restart the PC and then it works correctly again.
I have detected this fault in Balkanes, in Nordic it works correctly.
My Keyboard is a CM Storm Devastator.
