Two CTD in BMS 4.33.U4

Hi all
I recently upgraded to the U4 version and have flown a BAI in the Rolling Thunder default Korea campaign. About halfway through the mission, my wingman called for permission to engage. Upon giving weapons free, the game stuttered a bit and then CTD. I repeated the same mission later on and it crashed around the same place in the mission as well as giving weapons free to my flight.
I then flew a mission to attack a depot and after successfully dropping my bombs and egressing, I experienced at CTD after contacting my flight.
Anyone else experienced CTD after upgrading to U4, particularly during a mission?
I didn’t save the crashlog, but as I am sure this will happen again, I will save the next log.
I am using the latest version of F-16 CM BLOCK 52 FULL EDITION (Photoreal External Model & Cockpit) found in the Mods forum.
I have the latest Nvidia drivers installed as well.

Can you post the crashlogs and, if possible, upload the .dmp files ? You can find them in [BMS install]/User/Logs, format in YYYY_MM_DD_HHMMSS_crash.txt & .dmp .

tags ( # icon in the advanced post editor). As for the dmp files, zip them before, they will only be a couple of MBs

Is it part of the crashlog/dump process that screenshots are taken at the time of the crash? I have some screenshots in my /user/logs folder as well.
