We could do it (realistically of course) … but I don’t think somebody would like to wait 30min to 1hour on apron to get the weapons reloaded.

I would too, and I’m sure it could be done in 20 min in emergency’s, the JAS 39 Gripen can be rearm/ refuel in ten/fifteen min I think
I guess it depends too on what kind of armament

In RL, How they make flight plan if they are to rearm and takeoff in 30 minutes? I heard arriving Time on Station is so strictly required to succeed a mission and identifying friend or foe. will they make plans in 30 minutes? or will they use same flight plan with 30 minutes of delta TOS?

They would plan on timeline, like any other operation.

But better idea - IMO - would be to land at a friendly airbase, shut down (given that AFAIK you don’t hot-rearm due to possibility of stray voltage), exit, and be rearmed and re-appear on that same airbase at the next startup time in the campaign (if that’s not how it’s already done…). That would appear more “on-timeline” as far as war strategy/planning goes.
