hey there, I´ve got a strange issue with my X-52pro Joystick. The stick itself gets recognized by the game, so I can adjust axis and so on.
The issue starts when I want to create my own Profile. I can set certain key combos for certain actions and I can save themn in a new keyfile, so far so good. But they are not working.
I also create a new Profile in the Saitek Software. But when I now load the key file with the same keycombinations as set in the Joystickprofile, so BMS is not using them.
I doesnt matter which keyfile I am loading it always performs default actions like POV 1 = DMS or POV 2 = TMS. I´m running out of Ideas here. Can someone please tell me
how to get my own profile working?

Never had this Problem or even owned this Stick. But, i have an Idea.
Did you try to set the controller for the Keys to Keyboard instead of the Stick?

For Flying you should be able to use the Stick (set this in the advanced Options), but your Key-Combinations sended from the Stick should be recognized as normal Keyboard-Inputs. 😉

Hello Korbi and thanks for the reply. I have set all controll settings to “keyboard” except for the Axis to fly the aircraft (Pitch, Yaw, Roll and Thrust). I also have reinstalled the Game and have downgraded the Joystick Software, no luck so far.

          EDIT:

I figured somethings strange. As long as I keep the smart technology tool active (the saitek programming tool) so BMS is ignoring any Joystick Profile, but as soon as I close the Programming tool again, so BMS works properly together with the given Profile…However, it sounds like a Bug to me, not a quite essential one, but worth knowing nonetheless. Or is it common behaviour in Falcon to not keep any programming tools open while testing Input?.
